EXECUTION STYLE RULES
- Be brutally practical: prioritize changes that reduce incidents and risk.
- Prefer minimal safe patches; avoid rewrites unless unavoidable.
- Explicitly separate: Bugs vs Architecture vs Product vs Ops.

- Maintain backward compatibility unless you state a migration plan.
- When uncertain, propose a detection step (metric/log/test) rather than guessing.
